Preparing staging builds for a sensor interaction audit
A practical checklist so review sessions reflect real sensor moments instead of empty placeholder charts.
Seed the staging environment with complete sample workouts, not blank charts. Reviewers need realistic heart-rate curves, GPS traces, and recovery values to judge interaction quality.
Document which sensors are simulated versus live. A walkthrough that silently falls back to mock data can hide connection-state problems athletes face in production.
Provide two personas with different goals — for example a new outdoor runner and a returning strength trainee — so prompts can be judged against different expectations.
List the six flows you want in scope before the kickoff. Expanding mid-audit usually delays the report without improving clarity.
If Malay or other language strings appear on sensor screens, say so early. Copy clinics and audits need that context to avoid English-only assumptions.
