Terms of Service
These terms apply to inquiries and paid engagements with Sensor Vertex Core for fitness app sensor interaction reviews.
Acceptance
By using sensorvertexcore.digital or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
Services
We provide professional review and advisory engagements such as Sensor Interaction Audits, walkthroughs, retention signal reviews, and coaching copy clinics. Deliverables are described in the applicable quote or statement of work. We do not sell software subscriptions or operate payment checkout on this website.
Intellectual property
Reports, briefs, and rewrite packs we create for you become your internal-use materials upon full payment, except that we retain ownership of our underlying methods, templates, and know-how. You may not republish our materials as a product for sale without written consent. Site content remains the property of Sensor Vertex Core.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for lawful access to staging builds, recordings, and data you share with us, and for securing any consents required from your users or employees who appear in session materials.
Confidentiality
Both parties will treat non-public product information as confidential and use it only to perform the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Sensor Vertex Core is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue from product decisions you make after receiving our findings. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Selangor shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for future site use; active statements of work remain governed by the version referenced in that document unless both parties agree otherwise.
